They asked me about something I’m deeply passionate about...coparenting. I’ve seen firsthand how many kids are caught in the crossfire of conflict, and it really doesn’t have to be that way. In the interview, I shared how peaceful coparenting isn’t just possible; it’s powerful and necessary to raise mentally and emotionally healthy children. It requires mindset work, effective communication, and a genuine commitment to prioritizing your child's needs.
P.E.A.C.E. isn’t just a word; it’s a framework that I created that stands for a Partnership based on Effective communication, Accountability, Collaboration, and Empathy. When parents adopt these values, they create a safe and emotionally healthy environment for their children, even after they have separated.
This matters because I want to be a voice for every mom, dad, or bonus parent trying to break cycles and raise emotionally secure kids together.
The book is coming, but the guided journal is here NOW.
