Just Be You, Sister Girl Workshop

Sister Girl, how are you holding up? This year has been a lot!

We’ve watched decisions made about our bodies, rights, and communities without our voices at the table. We’ve felt the sting of being silenced, dismissed, and expected to stay strong while the world shifts around us. We’re carrying grief, rage, and exhaustion… all while showing up like it’s business as usual.

That’s why I created Just Be You, Sister Girl. It's a reminder that you deserve softness, wholeness, and a space to breathe. Let’s finish 2025 centered, empowered, and poured into.

This isn't just a workshop. It's a soulful experience designed to pour into Black women who’ve been pouring into everybody else. This experience is rooted in the four pillars of my guided journal: cultural expectations, workplace dynamics, mental health and wellness, and resilience. Join us!

Saturday, September 20, 2025; 1:00-4:00 PM; Chicago, IL
